Congratulations to Annmarie McHugh on a hugely successful cookery demonstration by Rachel Allen, in Iontas last night. The event was organised by Annmarie to raise funds for the Niall Mellon Township Trust. Iontas was packed to capacity and there was a great buzz in the lobby as everyone milled round the food stands, sampling and buying the local produce.  If even half the people leaving have the enthusiasm and energy of Rachel Allen to cook so many dishes in such a short time we need never fear another famine!
